Once that is complete, we go the full mile and help you prepare your documents to get you through the closing process.

These are a few of the things we do to get your house listed:

  • Put home in Multiple Listing Service w/in 24 hours
  • Take digital pictures of homes, put up for sale sign, lockbox, directional signs, brochure box, etc.
  • Request listing packet w/title information, legal and plat map from title company
  • Input into Internet
  • Produce color brochure for home
  • Send flyers to area agents
  • Notify neighbors of home on market
  • Appropriate advertising of new listing
  • Schedule brokers tour of home
  • Call and follow up with each agent for feedback on how home showed, pricing and pros and cons of home versus other available properties
  • Talk with seller each week regarding feedback, sales strategy and market conditions
  • Make sure all documents on listing agreement, disclosure, and MLS input are properly filed with the board and main office
