Choosing a Listing Agent
Choosing a broker to market your home for sale can be one of the most important
decisions you can make. Very few people spend the time and effort they should to interview
Sales Agents and compare services. Below are some of the questions you should ask your
prospective listing agent. Better yet, just save yourself the trouble and call us!
- Are you a full-time REALTOR?
- Do you work with a partner (another REALTOR) or alone?
- Do you have your own managing assistant?
- Does your company have a nationwide, company-owned relocation network?
- Will you provide a written guarantee?
- Are you a (CRS) Certified Residential Specialist? Note: Only 4% of brokers in the
country have achieved this.
- Do you hold a Broker's license or only a Salesperson's license?
- Are you a graduate of the REALTOR Institute (GRI)?

home?
